Durable headlamp flashlight made of aluminum, that is, resistant to falls and immersion in water. It generates a strong light output of 1200 lumens. In addition, the Fenix HM60R is equipped with a step frequency sensor, so the brightness of the LED adjusts to our speed. The HM60R headlamp has a built-in 18650 rechargeable battery, providing a quick charge in 3 hours and facilitating this activity, a built-in USB-C port. The model also has a battery level indicator.

Technical highlights:
In addition to the long-range emitter, the headlamp uses a smaller XP-G2 LED with a maximum flux of 350 lumens. The neutral-colored light it produces is evenly and efficiently dispersed by means of a collimating lens with a honeycomb structure. The neutral-color light faithfully reproduces the colors of the surroundings and does not fatigue the eyes, so it is widely used for industrial, workshop and electrical work, where the correct assessment of the color of a wire, fuse, etc. can be extremely important. To increase the versatility of the headlamp, the Fenix HM60R has an additional red light generated by 2 Everlight 2835 LEDs. The red light can be used for nighttime map reading, emergency signaling, and vision adaptation in total darkness. The flashlight's swivel head allows vertical adjustment of the light angle within 180°, so we can easily control the light beam as needed.
As we have already written, the HM60R uses a step frequency sensor solution, which adjusts the brightness of the headlamp as the speed at which we move increases.
Running at 150 steps per minute, the flashlight emits light of 130 lumens. When you increase the pace to 220 steps per minute, the headlamp increases the output to 200 lumens. Thus, the faster you run, the more you see. Thanks to this functionality, the flashlight is perfect as a running headlamp, whether you are jogging, orienteering or long-distance mountain running.
One enlarged button is used to operate the flashlight and change modes, which can be comfortably operated even with winter and work gloves. Using the silicone button, we can not only easily turn the flashlight on and off, but also change the color and brightness of the light. The user has 4 modes of white light, 2 modes of neutral light and a steady and flashing red light mode. The switch has an additional function that significantly increases the functionality of the flashlight. We are talking about the LED battery level indicator. During demanding work or exploration, it's a good idea to monitor the state of the battery, so the HM60R flashlight has a low-energy warning system and a simple indicator that informs the user about its condition (a feature that works only with Fenix ARB-L18 series batteries).
Battery level indications:
- steady green light:
- 100-85%,
- flashing green light:
- 85-50%,
- steady red light: 50-25%,
- flashing red light: 25-1%
The parameters shown were obtained under laboratory conditions. Fenix ARB-ARB-L18 2600 mAh battery was used during testing.
