The most frequently purchased and therefore the most popular are year-round hunting clothes. Here, of course, we make some compromises. The clothing will certainly have a membrane. It will also be waterproof but may not be insulated. On warmer days we will simply be hot in it. Year-round hunting clothes were developed in the motherland of hunting clothing companies, namely Scandinavia. It was there that onion dressing appeared first. It is the right amount and thickness of layers depending on the weather and temperature. The harsh Scandinavian climate made it necessary to travel long kilometers when hunting. You often have to face extreme weather. Hunting clothing that can cope with such demands must be quite versatile. Of course, we must have a hunting backpack, so that layers of clothing that are unnecessary can be stowed away.

Year-round hunting clothes, by virtue of their purpose, also have different material textures. Often the same models come in solid colors, in camouflage or in bright colors dedicated to collective hunting. When do we spend the most time in the hunting grounds? In autumn and winter, of course. Admittedly, in recent years the weather has been quite kind. Winter hunting jacket

This type of hunting clothing has a specific role. Therefore, the hunting jacket will be longer than the year-round model. It has a high collar and a solid hood that protects our head from the wind. In Poland, hunting clothes must be quiet. The material is certainly more rigid. It has a membrane so we can forget about the Polish specialty of the material "not rustling" when moving. What is interesting, by the way, is whether the material rustles or is loud what sound it makes when rubbing the sleeve against the body. This is checked only by our hunters. In Scandinavia this type of testing is not known. Maybe hunters there do not get as close to animals as our hunters do.... Therefore, bearing in mind the not inconsiderable cost of the membrane, manufacturers omit this element. Hunting clothing for summer has a partial membrane. In this case, the membrane is present on the shoulders of the jacket and in the front legs of the pants. These are areas prone to getting wet. Thanks to this a small rainfall bounces off the surface and does not penetrate it. This has an additional advantage because it also makes it harder for paint or dirt to penetrate the material.
