Waterproof, breathable boots with the highest quality Gore-Tex® membrane. Despite the high ( 12" ) upper, the boots are quite light ( only 681g for size 43 ), which significantly affects the comfort on long climbs and treks. The membrane provides, in addition to waterproofness, high breathability which increases comfort for the feet. The boots have a stiffened ankle, but at the same time the insole and padding are flexible and stabilize the foot well.
The front of the boot and the back are rubberized for extra protection against rocks, hard objects and wet ground. Sturdy metal lugs hold the laces very well. Special shaping of the sole stabilizes the shoe on slippery ground. An eyelet in the upper helps in putting on the boots. The Woodsman GTX model is a shoe ideal for long hikes, uphill walking, difficult and demanding terrain, at an attractive price.
The Woodsman GTX boots are part of Harkil's new collection of summer boots characterized by lightweight and durability.
The new collection also includes the Grove GTX and Wildwood GTX boots.
