Freeze-dried Chili Sin Carne with polenta 370g
Mexican cuisine in a vege version, a variation on chili con carne. Nutritious beans, peppers, olives along with polenta. Low in saturated fats. Food ideal for taking to the pulpit, fishing or mountain outings. It will fit in a motorcycle trunk and a small backpack. For preparation we need hot water from a thermos, and the package can be used as a plate.
